About UsArius School of Performing Arts has been providing high quality drama, dance and music tuition as well as a wide variety of performing experiences for young people in RCT since 2004. If you want to see your child grown in confidence, performing skills and maturity in a fun and secure environment, there is simply no better place than Arius School of Performing Arts.
Throughout the year our students are taught a wide range of acting, dance and vocal skills and given plenty of opportunities to put those skills into practise with regular performances. We also give unique opportunities for our students to have professional recording and video making opportunities as well as to enroll in our LAMDA Music Theatre examination program if they wish. |

Our History |
Launched in 2004 by composer, arranger and musical director Stephen J Preston, Arius School of Performing Arts began life based in Beddau, RCT. Growing from small beginnings to a thriving group of enthusiastic young people from the area, ASPA has over the years produced shows such as Oliver, Back to the Eighties, Bugsy Malone, and two original shows: The Line and Click, both written by Stephen J Preston, and many other variety shows, Christmas specials and other performances.
We have been delighted to see many of our students go on to professional careers in acting, music or teaching and now have two former students on staff. We have also produced some pop videos which are now on YouTube; both original songs, Hey Hey It's Christmas and Yeah Yeah Yeah. We are also delighted this year to be working with the band Peasant's King and the 02Five Choir to produce a new video in aid of refugee children called A World Without War. At Arius we remain committed to excellence in tuition and high quality performances in a secure and fun atmosphere that truly brings out the best in children and young people. |
